Dr. Dyer joined Waterbury Orthopaedic Associates P.C. in October 1971 after serving as captain in the United States Air Force. He completed his orthopaedic residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Dyer earned his medical degree at Cornell University. He brings to the group an expertise in general orthopedics, including back and neck problems. He is on staff at Waterbury Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital. Dr. Dyer frequently performs Independent Medical Exams, PPDs, second opinion consultations and consultations, as well as new patient diagnostic evaluations. Dr. Dyer is a devoted father and grandfather, and a has a long, successful history of competitive rowing at the New Haven Rowing Club. After 37 years of serving the patients of Waterbury Orthopaedic, Dr. Loyer retired on August 31, 2008. |
